The Company is also engaged in the business of automobiles, apparels, IT , hospitality and recreational activities, which are related to the overall development of real estate in the Company. Aftek Group primary business is development of residential, commercial and retail properties. Its development business primarily focuses on the development and sale of residential real estate, which includes plotted developments, houses, villas and apartments of varying sizes and integrated townships. Its development business also consists of various commercial and shopping complexes.

The Homes business caters to 3 segments of the residential market – Super Luxury, Luxury and Premium. The product offering involves a wide range of products including condominiums, duplexes, row houses and apartments of varying sizes.Aftek Group is credited with introducing affordable housing first time in UP and pioneering the revolutionary concept of developing commercial complexes in the vicinity of residential areas. Aftek Group has successfully launched commercial complexes and is in the process of marking its presence across various locations in UP.
